Can I visit Ucuber and see how the buildings are manufactured?

Yes. We invite you to visit Ucuber and check our building production process. as well as our completed projects in Kraków. Our company's headquarters are strategically situated just 15 minutes from Kraków Airport and a 2-minute walk from the fast rail connection that offers direct access from the airport.

How does modular construction reduce risk?

Modular construction reduces risk by moving up to 90% of the building process to controlled factory conditions, which limits weather delays, labor shortages, and on-site coordination issues. The final investment price agreed at contract signing, supported by bank guaranteesand insurance coverage protecting the investment.

Are modular buildings compliant with European standards and local regulations?

Yes. Modular buildings are designed in line with Eurocodes and local regulations. They meet the same requirements as traditional buildings in terms of structure, fire safety, thermal performance, and acoustics.

Are modular buildings energy-efficient?

Yes. Our technology enables us to prefabricate buildings that meet the most stringent thermal insulation and energy efficiency requirements. By using high-performance thermal insulation and ensuring the building is airtight, as well as installing modern, energy-efficient systems, we are able to construct buildings that comply with the German KfW 40 standard or even passive house standards.

Can buildings be delivered in turnkey standard?

Yes. Any building type can be delivered as a turnkey solution, fully finished and ready for immediate use. The scope is fully configurable and can be tailored to the specific requirements of the project.

Who manages the project?

Each project is led by a dedicated Project Manager to ensure clear communication and full delivery control.

How are the modules transported and installed?

The modules are transported by specialized oversized load vehicles and by sea where required, then installed on-site using cranes. Ucuber oversees the entire transport and installation process. We assemble 10–13 modules daily.

Can the building be expanded or relocated in the future?

One of the key advantages of modular construction is flexibility. Buildings can be expanded by adding additional modules or floors. In certain cases, they can also be relocated, depending on the design and project requirements.
