A turnkey modular sales office in Kraków on a durable steel structure, with a column-free open-plan interior, delivered in three months.

For a residential development in Kraków, the developer wanted a sales office that would set the standard for the whole project from a client's first visit. Instead of a typical temporary pavilion, they chose a building in Ucuber's modular technology, based on a durable steel structure.

The office is made of three fully furnished 3D modules, finished to a turnkey standard with attention to every interior detail. A 10-metre column spacing creates a large, open sales area free of intermediate columns, with room for client meetings, project presentations and day-to-day sales support. The project was completed in three months: modular construction can be up to three times faster than traditional methods, and it gave the developer a clear, predictable process, schedule and budget.
