This Privacy Policy sets out the basic principles of personal data protection, as well as the rules for storing and using Cookies by users of the services provided by UCUBER P.S.A. and visitors to the website www.ucuber.com.

The Administrator processes personal data in accordance with generally applicable law, including in particular the provisions of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2001, No. 144, item 1204, as amended), and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), as well as in accordance with national laws adopted in implementation of or in connection with the GDPR.
The Administrator processes data provided by Users solely for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the proper operation of the Service and for delivering the value and results provided for within the scope of the Service’s operation, such as preparing a response to an inquiry, performing a contract, or handling contact inquiries.
Data Collected in Contact Forms
In the contact forms placed on the Service, we may collect the following data: • the User’s first and last name,
• the voivodeship/province from which the User comes,
• the User’s e-mail address,
• the User’s telephone number,
• information on how the User learned about our offer,
• additional information voluntarily provided by the User in the form.
Additionally, your data may be collected and processed by us as part of advertising campaigns in which we use instant contact forms made available on Meta services (Facebook, Instagram).
Through these contact forms, we may collect personal data to the following extent: • the User’s first and last name,
• the User’s e-mail address,
• the User’s telephone number,
• location (e.g. the place of the planned investment),
• information on whether the User owns a building plot,
• additional information voluntarily provided in the form.
Furthermore, if the User uses a dedicated tool in the form of a configurator, in addition to the data collected as referred to above, the Administrator obtains from the User data concerning the potential scope of the User’s interest in the additional offer.
Purpose of Data Collection
Personal data provided by Users in Contact, Registration, or Advertising Forms are processed by the Administrator in order to prepare and present an offer, provide information on the terms of cooperation and promotions, and respond to submitted inquiries.
These data may also be used for further contact with the User in connection with the submitted offer and to the extent necessary to carry out actions preceding the conclusion of a contract, for the purpose of sending and presenting an offer in which the User expressed interest by completing the Contact Form and voluntarily consenting to receive the offer.
Additional Data
Moreover, when using the services provided by the Administrator, information on the IP addresses of Users’ devices and other persons visiting the Website is also collected, solely for the purposes of analyzing and verifying the operation of the website.
Security
The pages of the Service are equipped with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law and are intended to protect the data under the Administrator’s control against access by unauthorized persons, acquisition by unauthorized persons, processing in violation of the law, and alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.
We undertake to protect all personal data and information disclosed to us by users of the Service in accordance with security protection and confidentiality standards.
Cookies used by the Administrator and stored on the end devices of Users and other persons visiting the Administrator’s Website may be made available to the company’s partners and cooperating advertisers or other entities.
Personal data are processed in accordance with legal requirements.

Final Provisions
This Privacy Policy is effective from 1 May 2026 until revoked or amended by the Administrator.
The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy by publishing such changes on the Website.
Cookie Policy
The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User’s end device and are intended for use with the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the
website from which they originate, the period of storage on the end device, and a unique number.
The entity placing cookies on the User’s end device and gaining access to them is the website operator, UCUBER prosta społka akcyjna.
Cookies are used for the following purposes:
• adjusting the content of the Service’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow the User’s device to be recognized and the website to be displayed appropriately, tailored to the User’s individual needs,
• creating statistics that help understand how Users of the Service use the websites, which enables improvement of their structure and content,
• maintaining the User’s session on the Service (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Service,
• conducting remarketing campaigns, targeting advertisements tailored to users’ interests, and measuring the effectiveness of advertising activities carried out.
Within the Service, two basic types of cookies are used: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website, or switching off the software (internet browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

Data collected in this regard include, among others, IP address, browser type, operating system, language, and on-site activity (e.g. visited subpages, clicks).
In many cases, software used for browsing websites (internet browsers) allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. Users of the Service may change cookie settings at any time. These settings may be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the internet browser settings or to inform the User each time they are placed on the User’s device. The Service Operator informs that restricting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service’s websites.
Cookies placed on the User’s end device and used may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service Operator.
