43 turnkey apartments, around 2,200 m², completed in 8 months.

In Someren, in the Dutch province of North Brabant, Ucuber delivered 43 holiday apartments with a total usable area of approximately 2,200 m² for a build-to-rent holiday park. Working with the project's general contractor, we adapted the original design to our 3D volumetric system while keeping a functional layout suited to comfortable leisure stays.

The apartments left our factory finished to a turnkey standard, which kept on-site works short. The whole project was completed in 8 months.
